My name is Thomas McCombs. In my lifetime of real estate investing, I have bought and sold large apartment buildings, single family homes, land, and commercial properties. Ever watchful for new opportunities, I have undertaken many diverse projects including condo conversions, land development, and I owned one of the first corporate suites residence complexes in the Canton, Ohio area. My hands on experience in remodeling, property maintenance, and new construction will serve you in evaluating properties to fit your needs.
My wife and I moved to a 55+ community in Hillsborough County in 2017 after doing extensive research along both coasts of Florida. We found that the Tampa Bay area had it all, everything from an urban vibe to more intimate surrounding smaller towns. There is always something happening, and the cost of living here is lower than many comparable areas in and outside of Florida.
A long time Ohio Realtor and Mortgage Broker, I became licensed in Florida after moving here in 2017. I have a B.A. in Economics from Denison University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Kent State University. I am e-Pro and SFR certified. I am treasurer of my condo association, and have started playing with the Kings Point Cornhole Club.

With Real Estate already being done through electronic means, Covid-19 has not significantly impacted our ability to meet either your selling or buying needs.
Real Estate is considered an essential business so we were never shut down, although in person activity was limited. The Greater Tampa Area Realtors Association has been very proactive in setting safety guidelines. We can still list and show properties in person, but the greater volume is being done virtually.
Activity in our office has never been reduced more than 20 percent, and in the last thirty days, our activity is more than making up for this earlier reduction. We are expecting even greater activity.
We are still showing property and holding open houses with masks required, and we are limiting the number of people at any one time in order to maintain proper social distancing.
